A: This is a site to help memorize common Chinese characters. In all there are about 2600 characters contained in this site. 2000 common characters are generally regarded required and sufficient to read a newspaper. In addition, this site does not require software installation nor acquire any data from you. However it does require Java on your computer.

A: Yes, just click on a character or its definition.

Q: How is it organized?
A: It is organized into 22 parts. Each part contains around 100 characters and is accompanied with a test. The percentage of correct answer is shown at the end of each test.
